This beautiful specially printed quality poster will enhance your experience of Ho’oponopono, serving as a link/reminder of the key phrases that make up the process as originally taught by hawaiian kahuna Morrnah Simeona.
Ho’oponopono means “to make right” or “to rectify an error”. This wonderful ancient Hawaiian system of stress relief is a process of letting go of toxic energies within you, essentially letting go of memories replaying. Without the replaying thoughts, beliefs, conditioning, without the painful memories, a space is opened up within, the original void. Ho’oponopono enables you to release these painful memories, which are the cause of all sorts of imbalances and diseaseAs. So, as memories are cleaned, divine thoughts, Inspiration fills this void within you, and you begin to live life from moment to moment. Life reveals itself to you, its beauty, and your path unfolding before you as you go. And as Inspiration changes you the world changes for the better. The only thing we have to do is clean; clean all memories, with four all-encompassing phrases:

Forgive Me. I
Love You. Thank
You.
With
this practice I was inspired to produce this poster. It is charged
with the power of these phrases, that is why I call it The
Healing, Well-Being Ho’oponopono Poster. You don’t even
have to look at it to feel what it vibrates, the resonance of it.
This poster is a tool, a tool to help you clean memories replaying,
a tool to clear shared memories, energies. So wheAn you are
anxious, with doubts, regrets, anger, worry, ask Divinity, God, to
clean whatever is within you that is resulting in these ill feelings.
Or, ask Divinity to clean what is within you that is causing you to
share an uncomfortable experience with another person. This
cleansing process of Ho’oponopono is a precious gift. And this poster
serves as a reminder.
In
2006 I came across a fascinating article written by Dr. Joe Vitale
where he gave a riveting account of how Dr. Ihaleakalá Hew Len cured
an entire ward of mentally ill patients at Hawaii State Hospital by
using an updated Ho'oponopono approach, a process of repentance, forgiveness
and transmutation developed by his teacher, Kahuna Lapa'au Morrnah
Nalamaku Simeona. I was captivated by the simplicity and elegance
of the whole process. By ”coincidence” I heard three interviews with
Dr. Len at Nicole Whitney’s newsforthesoul
website, with that I began practicing Ho’oponopono and many changes
for the better began to happen in my own life. Especially in my relationships
with family, friends, other people, and most importantly; myself:
basically I just stopped trying to “fix” people and situations. I
began to allow things to happen, essentially learning to appreciate
the fact that life is better lived as a revelation from present moment
to present moment. With this more and more I wanted to do something
with my talent as an artist that would contribute to people learning
to experience Ho’oponopono, something that could be an aid for the
practice of incessant Ho’oponopono.
I
chose the theme of a sunflower because to me it symbolizes the fertility
of ideas, it is always turned towards the sun, a symbol of Divinity,
the source of all well-being. Since, according to Dr. Len, the color
blue voids memories I made it prevalent over the whole canvas. With
the painting ready, photographed, digitally adjusted and configured
by the talented photographer Luiz Octavio, I called
my friend and collaborator in many other projects, George
Milek, Brazilian designer, to design the poster and follow
through with production.
As mentioned above, this image is charged with the energy of the cleansing effect produced by thinking the Ho’oponopono phrases. It helps you resonate with the process, strengthening your connection with the Divine. Every time you look at the poster, and even when you do not, it is always emanating a healing field of well-being. Ho’oponopono can transform your life by changing your emotional set point to be in tune with the Divine, therefore solving and avoiding problems. With this you are renewed and restored in Love, the great healer! Currently there are many "ho'oponopono" courses being offered on the internet, but there is only one "official" Self I-dentity Through Ho'oponopono (SITH®) course endorsed by Dr. Len, and sometimes with his presence, more information here.
